A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: icing sugar, cream puffs ((frozen), thawed), Christmas pastilles * (see tip) and fresh mint leaves.

Prepare glaze by stirring the icing sugar with 2-3 t of water; first put 1 tbsp followed by the next until it is a thick glaze (all the icing sugar has to be absorbed by the moisture, but it must not become liquid).

Keep a little loose icing sugar for garnish.

Divide the glaze over the cream puffs and place 4 puffs next to each other on 4 plates and then 1 pancake so that it looks like a tartlet.

Serve with Christmas pastilles and leaves fresh mint and sprinkle the plate with the remaining powdered sugar.

Keep cool until use..
