Smoked paella with chicken
Paella with chicken drumsticks, chorizo, tomato and garden peas.

Put the saffron in a bowl, add some broth and let alone until use. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and remove the seed lists from the tomatoes.

Grate the flesh on a coarse grater until you only have the skin left. Discard the sheet.

Chop the onion, cut the garlic and chorizo into slices. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken in brown for 5 minutes.

Add the onion and chorizo and cook for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min.

Add the rice and fry until the grains are glassy. Fry the tomato for 3 minutes.

Pour in the rest of the stock and the saffron. Bring to the boil, stir well once, turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the peas after 15 minutes.
