Smother of beef and eggplant
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, rib / beef rags (diced), onions (chopped), red pepper (in pieces), boemboe for smoor (100 g) and aubergines.

Heat oil in frying pan and sear meat.

Add onion and paprika and lightly fry for 3 minutes.

Bumbu spice and 400 ml warm water by stirring and bring to the boil.

Cover the meat over low heat 2 1/2 hours, occasionally shovel.

Cut aubergines into cubes halfway through time and mix with meat with 150 ml of warm water.

Raise the heat to bring it to the boil all over again, then let the dish simmer gently.

In the meantime, give some extra water in a frying pan if necessary.

Smear flavoring with salt and pepper.

Serve with rice..
