Spaghetti alla mollica
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white bread (toasted), spaghetti (bag 500 g), anchovy fillets (46 g), red pepper (in rings), onions (chopped), capers ((100 g), drained), flat parsley ((20 g), leaves chopped) and Parmesan cheese (grated).

Crumble the bread. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile let the anchovies drain and collect the oil. Heat this oil in a frying pan and fry the red pepper for 1 min. Turn down the heat, add the onion and cook gently and glassy in 7 min. Add the anchovies and let heat for 3 minutes.

Add the capers to the anchovy mixture. Season with pepper. Drain the pasta and collect 1 soup scoop of cooking liquid. Mix the pasta through the sauce and pour the cooking liquid, parsley and cheese through it. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over it. Tasty with broccoli and chipola sausages.
