Spaghetti with marinated artichoke heart
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti, black olives without seeds, olive oil, garlic, anchovy fillets (46 g), marinated artichoke hearts (carciofi, a 190 g), old cheese (piece) and rucola lettuce (30 g).

Cook spaghetti according to instructions.

Cut the olives into slices.

Heat oil in frying pan, press the garlic over it and fry for 1 min.

Anchovies drain, add and melting in oil while stirring.

Add artichokes with marinade and co-heat.

Sift cheese with cheese slicer into wafer-thin slices.

Drain spaghetti.

Mix artichoke sauce with spaghetti.

Spread spaghetti over four plates.
