Spaghetti with mussels
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti, extra virgin olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (seed strips removed and in strips), mussels, dry white wine and parsley.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, but remove 2 minutes of the cooking time.

Drain and collect the cooking liquid.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic and the red pepper for 1 min.

Add the mussels, pour the white wine over it and scoop over high heat.

Add 1 soup-serving spoon of cooking liquid from the pasta.

Put the lid on the pan and let the mussels cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Remove the closed shells.

Spoon the spaghetti with the mussels and stir.

Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat until the spaghetti is done.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with parsley.

Divide over 4 plates and serve immediately..
