Spaghetti with seafood and chili oil
Italian main course of pasta with red pepper, garlic, mixed seafood and flat parsley.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Cut the garlic into thin slices.

Heat the oil in a small saucepan, add the garlic and the red pepper. Remove from heat and leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging.

Dab the seafood dry with kitchen paper. Pour the oil with the garlic and pepper in a frying pan. Heat the oil and fry the seafood for 5 minutes. Change regularly.

Drain the pasta and scoop everything with the seafood. Cut the parsley finely and the lemon into wedges. Sprinkle with the parsley and season with hot pepper and salt. Divide the pasta over the plates and garnish with a lemon wedge.
