Spanish bread with tomato and garlic
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: bread (pain rustique, sliced thick), olive oil, garlic (halved), tomatoes and sea salt (mill).

Fry bread on both sides with 4 tbsp olive oil or drizzle. Bread on grate on both sides fast golden brown grilling.

Rub bread on half with garlic cloves. Halve tomatoes and completely rub in bread. Only the skin remains. Lay the bread on a scale, drizzle the rest of the olive oil over it and grind the sea salt to taste. Tasty with Mediterranean dishes and grilled vegetables.
