Split the egg. Knead the mince with the egg whites (the egg yolk is not used), paprika powder and salt firmly together. Season with pepper.

Divide the mixture into equal pieces and shape each into a hamburger.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Preheat the frying pan well and fry the burgers in 1 min. Brown on each side. Cut the chorizo into slices and fry them for 1 min on each side.

Place the hamburgers in the greased oven dish and place a slice of chorizo and a cherry tomato. Prick them with a tapas stick.

Chop the onion. Finely chop the parsley. Fry the onion for 1 min. In the shortening and stir in the tomato broth and parsley.
