Spicy biefburger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), Tasty Tom tomatoes (in parts), sugar, white wine vinegar, garlic (in thin slices), steak, dried thyme, baking bacon (package approx. 150 g), floor cadets (luxury multigrain), cabbage lettuce, cheddar (tophat 48 (cheese piece approx. 150 g) and in slices).

Ingredients
- 2 cm fresh ginger (bag 150 g), peeled
- 1 Scale Tasty tomatoes in parts
- 75 g sugar
- 50 ml White wine vinegar
- 2 toes garlic in thin slices
- 400 g steak
- 1 tl dried thyme
- 4 to stick baking bacon pack of approx. 150 g
- 4 floor cadets luxury multigrain
- Lettuce
- 100 g Cheddar tophat 48 (cheese piece approx. 150 g), in slices

Slice the ginger and put the tomato, sugar, vinegar and garlic in a pan. Bring to boil. Turn down the heat and let boil for about 20 minutes until a thick jam (relish). Remove from heat and allow to cool. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, light the barbecue. Finely chop the steak with a sharp knife. Add the thyme and pepper and salt to taste. Shape 4 burgers and put them in the burger clamp. Grill the burgers in approx. 6-8 min. Just done. Times regularly. Place the slices of bacon on the barbecue and grill for 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Halve the sandwiches, place them with the cutting edges on the barbecue and grill for about 3 minutes. Fill each roll with some leaves of lettuce, a hamburger, some cheese, bacon and tomato relish. Tasty with crème fraîche (light) and salad.
