A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, boule beurre (bread), pangasius fillet (dry-drenched), boemboe red curry (100 g), garden peas ((pack 450 g, frozen), thawed), cornstarch, oil and watercress (75 g) .

Directions

  1. Cut the crusts of 2 slices and grind in a food processor.
  2. Take out and grind the pangasius fillet with the Bumbu spice in the food processor.
  3. Spoon with the ground bread, garden peas and cornstarch.
  4. With 4 hands, form 4 burgers of Ø 10 cm.
  5. Light the barbecue or heat a grill pan without oil or butter.
  6. Gril 8 slices of bread 4 min.
  7. Turn halfway.
  8. Brush the bread and the burgers with the oil.
  9. Grill the burgers 6 min.
  10. Halfway.
  11. Cover 4 slices of bread with the watercress and a fish burger.
  12. Cover with a slice of bread.
  13. Delicious with sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml)..
