                            Spicy salmon with snow peas
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet (in 4 equal pieces), Chinese herbs (five spice powder), orange, snow peas (cleaned) and butter (melted).

- 
                                Brush the pieces of salmon with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and five spice powder.
- 
                                Clean the orange and cut 3 thin, large slices.
- 
                                Then cut it into quarters.
- 
                                Also brush these orange pieces with butter.
- 
                                Heat the grill pan over high heat until it is hot and a light smoke comes from.
- 
                                Place the pieces of salmon in the pan and toast them for 3-4 minutes per side, until the fish meat has nice brown stripes.
- 
                                The fish does not have to be completely cooked, the inside may remain a little glassy.
- 
                                In the meantime, cook the snow peas in 4-5 minutes in plenty of water with salt or use the microwave.
- 
                                Place the snow peas in a microwave dish and add 50 ml of water.
- 
                                Cover the dish and heat the snow peas for 2-3 minutes in the microwave at full power (750 watts).

                                Let the snow peas continue for 2-3 minutes.

                                Place the pieces of orange next to the salmon and toast them for 2-3 minutes.
- 
                                Place the pieces of salmon on four warm plates and place the orange pieces on top.
