Spicy tapenade
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, black olives without pit (or pesto olives), peppadews (sweet spicy peppers, meat products department), dried tomatoes (chopped), anchovy fillets, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.

Puree the olives, peppadews, tomatoes, anchovy fillets and oil in a food processor or with the hand blender into a coarse paste.

Season with (freshly ground) pepper and lemon juice.

Spoon the tapenade into a bowl and serve immediately.

Delicious with burgundy floor bread cut into strips..
