Directions

  1. Cut the stalks of the peppers. Halve the peppers lengthways and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.
  2. Grind the peppers, onion, garlic and roma tomatoes coarsely in the food processor.
  3. Cut the basic leaves fine. Put the salsa in a bowl and stir in the basil, lime juice and sugar. If necessary, season with salt.
