Spicy tomato salsa
A tasty Spanish recipe. The gluten-free side dish contains the following ingredients: onion, garlic and roma tomatoes.
Cut the stalks of the peppers. Halve the peppers lengthways and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.
Grind the peppers, onion, garlic and roma tomatoes coarsely in the food processor.
Cut the basic leaves fine. Put the salsa in a bowl and stir in the basil, lime juice and sugar. If necessary, season with salt.
