Spinach salad with warm garlic dressing
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, garlic (in slices), red pepper (in thin strips), lemon (the juice) and ready-to-eat spinach.
Heat the olive oil in a stirring fruit very gently until lightly colored. Fry the pepper strips for a few seconds. Add the lemon juice and 3 tbsp water and beat everything into a nicely bonded dressing. Season the dressing with salt and pepper and warm well.
Spoon the spinach through the dressing in the pan and spoon the spinach salad directly into a bowl.
