Steak in an Australian way
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Australian red wine, meat mix herbs, garlic, steaks (a ca. 150 g) and salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Pouring wine in a shallow dish and adding herbs. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Pre-marinate meat for about 2 hours at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.

Dab the meat with kitchen paper and roast brown on a barbecue. Spread the steak for 2 to 3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the meat and the desired doneness. Sprinkle meat after baking with salt and pepper. Serve with herb butter or barbecue sauce. Delicious with roasted potatoes and corncobs or mixed salad with corn kernels and red beans.
