Steak sandwich with arugula and stir-fry vegetables


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steaks (at room temperature), oil, mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), Japanese soy sauce, mustard (coarse), capers, baguette (white) and rucola salad (75 g).

Directions

  1. Heat the grill pan.
  2. Brush the steaks thinly with 1 tbsp oil.
  3. Grill the steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side (the outside turns brown, the inside may be rosé).
  4. Let the steaks rest for a while, then cut them into slices.
  5. Season the meat with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.
  6. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add the mushroom stir-fry mix and the soy sauce and stir-fry the vegetables for 2 min.
  7. On high heat.
  8. Stir the mustard through the capers.
  9. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the halves with the mustard mixture.
  10. Cover the bread with the arugula, the stir fry mix and the slices of steak and cut into 4 pieces..
