Sticky barbeque ham
Leg ham in mustard-syrup sauce of the barbecue.

Light the barbecue. Make sure there is a part without charcoals (indirect heat).

Mix the oil, syrup, mustard powder and mustard to glaze.

Brush the ham with half of the mustard glaze and place the ham in the aluminum tray supplied.

Place the container on the barbecue grill above the part where there are no coals. Close the lid of the barbecue and let the ham cook for about 1 hour.

Turn every 10 min. Brush after 40 min. With the rest of the glaze.

Take the ham from the barbecue and cut it into the table.
