Stir-fried broccoli with peppadew
A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, basmati rice (pack 400 g), chicken fillet (in strips), paprika, olive oil, garlic (chopped), red onion (in half rings), broccoli (in florets) and peppadew peppers (mild ( a 420 g)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile sprinkle the chicken with the paprika powder and pepper and salt to taste. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir frying pan with 1 clove of garlic in 7 min. Take out of the pan and keep separate.

Meanwhile, let the peppers drain over a bowl, keep the moisture. Halve the peppers. Put the rest of the oil in the wok fruit and the onion with the remaining garlic 1 min. Add the broccoli and stir fry on high heat in approx. 4 min. Al dente. Add halfway the peppers and fry. Add 4 tbsp of the peppers with the chicken to the broccoli. Season with salt.
