Stir fry with surimi and redfish


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, stir-fry (300 g), red pepper, redfish fillet (about 200 g), surimiflakes (125 g), sunflower oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g) and mix for stir-fry (60 g).

Directions

  1. Prepare according to instructions.
  2. Clean pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Redfish and surimi cut into pieces.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks.
  5. Surimi and redfish stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  6. Remove fish from wokkeppen and keep warm.
  7. Rest of oil in woks and stir-fry vegetables and paprika stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  8. Mix for approx.
  9. 150 ml water by stirring vegetables and stirring for approx.
  10. 1 minute.
  11. Mix the fish and vegetables with vegetables and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  12. Season with salt and pepper..
