Sweet-and-sour prawns and noodles


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, limes (scrubbed), ginger syrup (bottle 250 ml), garlic (squeezed), king prawns ((500 g, frozen), thawed and cleaned), egg noodles (250 g), sesame seeds ((dish) 100 g), toasted), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), cucumbers (halved in length) and sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Grate the green skin of the limes and squeeze them out. Mix half of the grater and half of the juice with the ginger syrup, garlic and shrimp. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Spoon the sesame seeds and the oil with the noodles. Add the rest of the lime zest, 1 tbsp juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Remove the seeds from the cucumbers with a teaspoon and cut into thin slices. Add the rest of the juice and the chili sauce. Grill the shrimp in the grill wok on the barbecue for about 3 minutes. Times regularly. Serve with the lukewarm sesame noodles and the cucumber salad.
