Sweet-hearted couscous with peach
Couscous with chicken, peach, pecans and mint.

Cut the chicken into thick parts and cut it. Squeeze out the lemon. Spoon the chicken in a bowl with 3 tbsp lemon juice, the oil, pepper and salt.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the chicken in 12-15 min. Until done. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, put the couscous and raisins in a bowl and pour over the stock. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and allow to stand for 10 minutes.

Cut the peaches along the kernel in half. Unscrew the halves in the opposite direction and remove the wick. Cut the flesh into slices.

Stir in the couscous with a fork and add the honey, the rest of the lemon juice and the oil.

Scoop the couscous on a large dish and spread the chicken and peach over it. Chop the pecan nuts coarsely and cut the fresh mint coarsely. Distribute over the couscous.
