Tagliatelle of courgette
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: Grana Padano cheese (grated).

Remove the top and bottom of the courgettes and cut each courgette lengthwise into 3 thick slices.

Cut each slice lengthwise into thin strips, or scrape the slices with a peeler.

Then cook the courgette tagliatelle in a large pan with salt water for 1-2 minutes. Drain the tagliatelle and drain.

Heat the oven grill.

Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices.

Place the drained zucchini in the thin greased baking dish and place the slices of tomato and mozzarella on it (alternately 2 slices of tomato and 1 slice of mozzarella).

Sprinkle the dish with salt, pepper and grana padano to taste and slide the oven dish for 10 minutes under the grill.
