Tagliatelle with capers and salami
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh tagliatelle (refrigerator, 250 g), Italian olive oil (olive oil), Fiorucci Salame Milano ((salami), in wafer thin strips), capers and red wine.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the oil and fry the salami crisply.

Stir in the capers, pour in the wine and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on a high heat.

Let the tagliatelle drain well, scoop the ribbons through the salami mixture and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle the pasta with (freshly ground) pepper..
