Tartare with creamy garden pea paste
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fusilli (pasta), tartar, oil, garden peas (fine (frozen)), crème fraîche (125 ml) and tomatoes (in small cubes).

Cook the fusilli al dente according to the instructions on the package. Spread the tarttails thinly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan and fry the tarttails in 5 min. Brown on both sides, they may still be rosé inside.

Drain the pasta and keep 2 tablespoons of cooking liquid apart. Heat the cooking liquid in the same pan with the garden peas and the crème fraîche until the peas are fresh green. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the pasta through the garden pea sauce, serve with the grilled tarttails and sprinkle the diced tomatoes over it.
