Thai fish packages


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, garlic, cod fillet or haddock fillet, red peppers, eggs, fresh coriander and Thai fish sauce.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Chop the shallots and garlic and wrap them in a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Place the package just under the hot grill and let the shallot and garlic soften in about 30 minutes.
  4. In the middle, cut the cod fillet into small pieces.
  5. Washing, cleaning and cutting peppers.
  6. Untie eggs.
  7. Cut coriander finely.
  8. Heat up the shallots and garlic in the kitchen machine.
  9. Preheat the oven to 175 ºC or gas oven 3.
  10. Mix the shallot-garlic mixture with cod, red pepper, eggs, Thai fish sauce and coriander.
  11. Slice sheets of parchment paper (à 60 x 30 cm) and distribute mixture over it.
  12. Fold up into packages.
  13. Package in the middle of oven for approx.
  14. 20 minutes..
