Thai roast beef rolls with spring onion and coriander


A nice thai recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, carrot julienne (matchstick strips), spring onions (in rings), fresh coriander (finely chopped), roast beef steaks à la minute (thin slices), Thai red curry paste (pot), stir-fry oil and fish sauce (or soy sauce) ).

Directions

  1. pour the julienne carrot into the sieve with boiling water. Let it drain and cool. Combine the spring onion and coriander with carrot julienne. Spread roast beef steaks and cover with curry paste on both sides. Place carrot mixture on top and roll up meat firmly. Roll up rolls with a piece of kitchen rope and place on a plate.
  2. Fry stir-fry oil in roasting pan and roast beef rolls around brown cans. Sprinkle fish sauce over it and warm it up.
