Tilapia with green curry sauce


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, courgettes, red onion, tilapia fillet (fish, a 225 g), butter or margarine, green Thai curry paste (pot a 225 g) and crème fraîche (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Clean the courgettes and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Tilapia sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a large frying pan.
  6. Tilapia fillet in approx.
  7. 6 minutes, half-turn.
  8. Remove curry paste with crème fraîche and heat together in saucepan.
  9. Season with salt.
  10. Cast off rice.
  11. Heat butter in a frying pan or wok rest.
  12. Baste onions and zucchini for about 4 minutes.
  13. Create rice through it.
  14. Serving rice with tilapia and curry sauce..
