Tilapia with green curry sauce
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, courgettes, red onion, tilapia fillet (fish, a 225 g), butter or margarine, green Thai curry paste (pot a 225 g) and crème fraîche (200 ml).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Clean the courgettes and cut into cubes.

Peel and chop onions.

Tilapia sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a large frying pan.

Tilapia fillet in approx.
-
6 minutes, half-turn.

Remove curry paste with crème fraîche and heat together in saucepan.

Season with salt.
-
Cast off rice.
-
Heat butter in a frying pan or wok rest.

Baste onions and zucchini for about 4 minutes.

Create rice through it.

Serving rice with tilapia and curry sauce..
