Tilapia with spicy fennel salsa
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, garlic (pressed), fresh ginger root (grated), ground cumin (djinten), tilapia fillet, light brown caster sugar, lime (pressed), fennel, red pepper (with seeds and finely chopped).

In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil with garlic, ginger and cumin. Tilapia fillet roll through, cover and marinate fish in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Tilapia occasionally return. For salsa in a dish, stir 4 tbsp olive oil with sugar. Lime juice through it. Cutting and chopping fennel green from tuber. Rub fennel bulb very thinly. Fennel green, fennel bulb, red pepper and stir in salt and pepper to taste. Taste at room temperature in 1 to 2 hours.
