  1. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil with garlic, ginger and cumin. Tilapia fillet roll through, cover and marinate fish in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Tilapia occasionally return. For salsa in a dish, stir 4 tbsp olive oil with sugar. Lime juice through it. Cutting and chopping fennel green from tuber. Rub fennel bulb very thinly.
