Tortillas with tuna salad


Salad of tuna and silver onions with grilled tortillas.

Directions

  1. Put the corn in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let it drain. Drain the tuna, but collect 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Mix the corn, tuna and collected oil with the silver onions and 4 tbsp of the silver onion. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the tortillas for 2 minutes or until they have nice grill stripes. Turn halfway.
  4. Meanwhile cut the stalk of the pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.
  5. Cut the pepper into rings and the coriander coarsely.
  6. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into cubes.
  7. Scoop the pepper, coriander and avocado into a salsa. Season with pepper and salt.
  8. Serve the tortillas, tuna salad, avocado salsa and iceberg lettuce in separate bowls.
