Divide the vegetables into small florets, boil for 4 minutes in boiling water al dente and drain. Rinse under cold running water and distribute on a scale.

Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche and ketchup in a bowl. Slice the chives and sprinkle the tomato dip with them.

Grill the vegetables for 3 minutes on the plate of the gourmet set. Times regularly. Serve with the tomato dip.
