Tropical fruit salad
A tasty recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: lemon (pressed), liquid (honey), pineapple, mango, ground coconut (bowl 55 g) and mint (the leaves in strips).

Stir the lemon juice through the honey. Cut the bottom and the crown of the pineapple and cut off the peel. Cut the pineapple lengthwise in 4 parts. Remove the hard core with a knife. Cut the flesh into pieces.

Peel the mango, halve and remove the kernel. Cut the flesh into pieces. Pour the lemon honey over all the fruit and leave for 10 minutes.

Roast the coconut in a pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Sprinkle the fruit salad with the coconut and the mint.
