Truffle pate in pancetta
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, sweet sherry (eg Conqueror Sherry medium), truffle paste * (see tip), pancetta (Italian bacon), rocket (lettuce and a 75 g).

Boil the sherry in a pan over high heat in about 4 minutes until syrup.

Cut the truffle paste into 4 equal slices and wrap each slice in 2 slices of pancetta, sticking them with a cocktail stick.

Heat a dry frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the pâté paté on a high heat for 1-2 minutes light brown, turn halfway.

Put some leaves of arugula on each plate and a pate package.

Drizzle syrup over it..
