Tuna steaks with chilli icing


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, apple syrup, sweet soy sauce, tuna steaks (approx. 150 g), oil and chili pepper from the mill.

Directions

  1. In apple sauce apple syrup with ketjapmarinadwarming and stirring together.
  2. Let it boil slightly in about 2 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  4. Dry tuna steaks with kitchen paper and cover with oil on both sides.
  5. Place on baking sheet.
  6. Fry the fish just under the grill for about 3 minutes.
  7. Season the fish and roast on the other side for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Remove the fish from the grill and top with apple syrup glaze.
  9. Chill pepper above it.
  10. Fish about 12 cm under grill for about 1 minute to roast, until glaze just begins to burn.
  11. Serve with stir-fried sugar snaps and jacket potatoes with sour cream..
