Whole cauliflower in puff pastry
Vegan main course for Christmas: whole cauliflower with tomato tapenade in puff pastry with salad.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut off the stalk. Place the cauliflower in the baking dish and drizzle with the oil.

Roast the cauliflower for 45 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and leave to cool for at least 10 minutes. Brush the whole cauliflower around with the tomato tapenade.

Pack the cauliflower with the puff pastry and put back in the baking dish. Bake for another 40 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Put the cauliflower in puff pastry on a nice dish with a spatula and spread the salad around it.
