Noodles with wok vegetables, snow peas, turkey and black bean sauce.

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime and cut the spring onion into slanting rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the turkey cubes for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and cook for 1 more minute.
  3. Spoon the wok vegetables and snow peas through the turkey. Stir fry the vegetables in 4 min. Until crispy.
  4. Add the wok sauce and heat for another 1 min. Season to taste with pepper.
  5. Divide the noodles over the bowls. Spoon the turkey with the vegetables and sprinkle with the spring onions.
