                                Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime and cut the spring onion into slanting rings.

                                Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the turkey cubes for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and cook for 1 more minute.
 - 
                                Spoon the wok vegetables and snow peas through the turkey. Stir fry the vegetables in 4 min. Until crispy.

                                Add the wok sauce and heat for another 1 min. Season to taste with pepper.
 - 
                                Divide the noodles over the bowls. Spoon the turkey with the vegetables and sprinkle with the spring onions.
