Italian dessert zuppa inglese with brioche, vanilla custard and red berries.

Directions

  1. Cut the brioche into slices and cover the bottom of the glasses.
  2. Drizzle the brioche with the raspberry juice.
  3. Divide the raspberries and red currants over them. Fill each glass with whipped custard. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Using the chocolate writer, draw 6 lines of chocolate sauce over the custard.
  5. Use the skewer to draw lines across the chocolate lines to create a nice pattern and serve.
