1. Hemorrhoids

  1. Hemorrhoids are swelling bodies that are too swollen and therefore itch and irritate. They are on the inside of your intestine, just in front of the anus, but can also sink out. When hard feces have to pass, they rub open, revealing bright red blood on the toilet paper or in the toilet bowl. Some people get rid of it by adjusting their diet and bowel habits. In addition, the drugstore sells suppositories and creams that relieve itching and burning. If they are stubborn or very painful, a visit to the doctor is recommended. If necessary, this will refer you to a specialist who can relieve you of your hemorrhoids with various methods. Even if you have blood in your stool or feel a bulge at the anus, but you are unsure whether a hemorrhoid is the culprit, you should see a doctor. It can rule out whether something more serious is going on.

Despite their prevalence, only 4 out of 1,000 GP visits are about erectile dysfunction and men wait an average of 2 years before seeing the doctor. Erection problems do not disappear by themselves. Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day is the only thing that can help, according to research. Quitting smoking and losing weight if necessary can also improve blood flow, but otherwise you cannot do anything about it yourself. Waiting for it to pass will only backfire. As you get older, the complaints often increase. In young people, any fear of failure can get worse. The doctor can help you, there are various treatments available.

If not, you can buy a cream or tablet from the drugstore or pharmacy that will kill the fungus. Are you not sure whether your complaints are the result of a fungal infection? 6. Lime nails

  1. A quarter of the population walks around with fungal nails or fungal nails. They have nothing to do with a lack of hygiene: washing your feet with soap actually promotes fungal nails. Drying your feet well after washing does help. Fungal nails are very contagious and you can easily catch them in public places such as the swimming pool and the gym. They are innocent in and of themselves, but because they don't look that beautiful, many people find them a little embarrassing. With good care, a lot of patience and an anti-fungal agent from a chemist or doctor you can combat them.

7. Unwanted urine leakage

  1. Whether you lose a few drops when you sneeze or laugh or suddenly have to urinate when you don't make it to the toilet: urine leakage is very annoying and probably not something you will sell . Despite the fact that a quarter of women have to deal with it at some point - but many men do too - it is a bit of a taboo. Only half of the people with urinary leakage seek help! A shame, because all kinds of treatments are possible. Sometimes a few sessions with a physiotherapist are enough to train the pelvic floor muscles. In addition, depending on the type of urine leakage you are having, operations and medication are possible.
