Apple-cinnamon pancake
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pancake mix apple cinnamon (100 g), semi-skimmed milk, apples (fresh and firm (eg junami or elstar)), fine sugar, ground cinnamon and butter.

Prepare the pancake mix with the milk according to the instructions on the package.

Halve the apples, remove the cores and cut into thin slices.

Spoon in a bowl with sugar and cinnamon.

Grease a gourmet pan with butter.

Put some apple slices in and cook for 5 minutes.

Add some batter.

Turn when the batter has solidified and the underside is golden brown.
