Broccoli in roquefort cream
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: onion (finely chopped), butter, whipped cream, milk, roquefort (cheese), broccoli, oil, grano padano ((cheese), grated) and fresh parsley (chopped).

In a large soup pan, fry in butter for 5 minutes.

Add whipped cream and milk and bring to the boil.

Roquefort on top of it, crumble and melt in warm cream mixture.

Cut off the stem of broccoli and place broccoli in roquefortroom.

Season the broccoli with salt and pepper to taste and lightly dill on a low heat with a lid on a pan in approx.

30 min.

End the last 10 min.

Pan completely.

Preheat the oven grill.

Bake grease thinly with oil.

Grana padano evenly and in thin layer over it.

Place baking tray 15 cm under hot grill and bake cheese until golden brown and crispy in approx.

5 min.
-
Allow cheese to cool, remove from baking sheet and break into pieces.

Broccoli out of pan into warm serving dish.

Parsley through sauce and pour over broccoli.

Place pieces of cheese around against broccoli..
