Bruschetta with pastrami
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, bread with pumpkin seeds, soft butter, garlic (halved), pastrami or brine, rucola salad (30 g), sweet-sour gherkins (sliced), sweet-soured silver onions (halved), chives (finely chopped) and mustard mayonnaise .

Preheat the oven grill.

Spread bread thinly with butter and roast golden brown on both sides for 1-2 minutes under grill.

Cut slices directly from the grill with garlic and place on four plates.

Heat residual butter in frying pan and heat pastrami in 2-3 min.

Distribute rucola over bruschette and put pastrami on it.

Gherkin, silver onions and chives spread over pastrami and mustard mustard mayonnaise on one side..
