Cantuccini ice cream with raisins and toasted almond shavings

Chop the cantuccini into small pieces and add ⅔ together with the raisins and the almond liqueur to the whipped cream mixture.

Put the mixture in a freezer. Put the lid on and let it freeze in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the almonds in 5 minutes until golden brown.

Serve bread rolls with the rest of the cantuccinic rumble and the almond shavings.
