Cheese platter with muesli nut bread, pain de bastille and date lettuce. Perfect as a dessert with a dinner.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Pitted and cut the dates finely, chop the walnuts and cut the basil.

Mix with the lemon zest, lemon juice, walnuts and basil and let stand for at least 15 minutes, so that the flavors can withdraw well.

Put the cheeses on a large shelf, place the datesalsa in a bowl and place it in the middle of the shelf. Serve with dots of muesli nut bread, boulogne baguette and the Bastille.
