Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Pitted and cut the dates finely, chop the walnuts and cut the basil.

Mix with the lemon zest, lemon juice, walnuts and basil and let stand for at least 15 minutes, so that the flavors can withdraw well.
