Cheese platter with muesli nut bread, pain de bastille and date lettuce. Perfect as a dessert with a dinner.

Directions

  1. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Pitted and cut the dates finely, chop the walnuts and cut the basil.
