Chicken-lemon-rosemary skewers
Italian chicken skewers with rosemary, lemon, garlic and chili pepper

Cut the chicken into pieces, baste the pickles and place side by side in a large bowl.

Cut the rosemary needles very finely.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Cut the garlic cloves. Mix them with the grater, 3 tbsp juice, the rosemary, chili pepper and oil. Season with pepper and salt.

Spoon over the skewers and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then remove the garlic.

Light the barbecue.

Grill the skewers in 7 min. Around golden brown and done.

Cut the other lemon into pieces and serve. Bon appétit! .
