Directions
-
Set the oven grill to the highest setting. Squeeze out the lemon. Grind the onion, garlic, red pepper, peanut butter and sweet soy sauce marinade into a thick sauce. Season with lemon juice. Add water if the mixture is more puree than sauce. Put half the sauce in a bowl and the other half in the roasting pan.
-
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces of 3 cm and thread them on the sticks. Place the chicken in the roasting pan and cover it with the sauce. Put about 8 minutes under the oven grill. Turn the roasting pan a little lower if the meat gets too dark. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the spring on medium heat 3 min.
-
Turn the chicken skewers into the roasting pan and drizzle with the honey. Put for about 3 minutes under the grill until the chicken is done. Serve with the retained sauce and sprinkle with the spring onions. Tasty with stir-fried bok choy and rice.
