Chicken satay with peanut butter sauce
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast in cubes, stir-fry marinade, peanut butter with pieces of nut (a 350 g), coconut milk, sweet soy sauce, grated coconut and red pepper (finely chopped).

Prepare the marinade according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the chicken through marinade and marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature covered.

Sate the skewers in cold water.

Marinate marinated chicken cubes on satésticks.

In the saucepan (with thin bottom), stir in peanut butter with 100 ml water, coconut milk, sweet soy sauce, grated coconut and red pepper.

On barbecue chicken saté in 8-10 min.

Brown and cooked grilling.

Place saucepan on barbecue and heat sauce.

Serve saté with peanut butter sauce..
