Ciabatta grilled chicken
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, ground cumin (djinten), paprika, dried oregano, olive oil, chicken breast, flat parsley (a 20 g), coriander (a 15 g), mint ((a 15 g), only the leaves ), garlic, capers (100 g), ciabatto breads (bake bread and a 250 g).

Mix the cumin with the paprika, the oregano, 4 tbsp oil and 2 tsp salt. Rub the chicken with the mixture. Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken in about 15 minutes until done. Times regularly. Allow to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, add the rest of the oil, parsley, coriander, fresh mint and garlic in the food processor for the salsa verde. Puree to a smooth sauce. Scoop the capers with a little liquid from the jar through them and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan. Cut the ciabattas into 8 pieces and cut open. Grill the bread 2 min. With the cutting edge down. Cut the chicken into slices and spread the bread with it. Divide the salsa verde over it.
