Cod curry
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, onion, yellow peppers, snow peas, cod fillet (a ca. 225 g), sunflower oil, green Thai curry paste (pot of a 225 g) and coconut milk (400 ml).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Peppers wash, clean and cut into cubes.

Cleaning snow peas.

Cut cod fillet into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in pan.

Cook cod in about 3 minutes brown.

Remove from the pan and keep warm.

Bake onion and paprika for 3 minutes in shortening.

Add curry paste, coconut milk and snow peas and bring to the boil.

Approx.

Let simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt.

Last minute coding with cod (no longer stirring).

Serve with rice..
