Cod packets with green curry
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet (frozen, 4 blocks), green Thai curry paste, oil, shallot (shredded) and lime (in 4 parts).

Spread cod fillet (in microwave) and dab dry with kitchen paper.

In a bowl stir green curry, oil and shallot.

Carefully swirl fish through curry.

Place each block of fish in the middle of the sheet of aluminum foil.

Divide the rest of the curry mixture.

Fold foil packages and place on barbecue grate.

Let the fish cook for 10-12 min.

Cut out squares above the fish at the table..
