Crostini from the barbecue
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, roma tomatoes ((750 g), in pieces), olive oil, artichoke hearts ((400 g), drained and in pieces), balsamic vinegar, parsley leaves (chopped), ciabatta (bake bread) , basil (in strips), Prosciutto di Parma (ham and packet of 75 g).

Press 1 clove of garlic. Mix half of it with the tomatoes and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the artichoke hearts, 2 tbsp oil, the rest of the pressed garlic cloves, the vinegar and the parsley in another bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the ciabatta into 16 slanted slices. Drizzle with the rest of the oil. Cut the second toe of garlic in half and rub the bread with it. Grill the bread on the barbecue in 4-5 minutes until golden brown to crostinis. Turn halfway.

Spread the tomato mixture over 4 crostinis and sprinkle with the basil. Divide the artichoke mixture into 8 crostinis. Invest the last one.
